Personal and Driving Requirements:

Renter must present a valid driving license issued at least 2 years before renting the car and a valid passport. The car may be driven only by the person signing the contract. If there is a second driver, his name, driving license and ID should also be presented and his name written in the contract. Both renter and the second driver must be at least 22 years of age.

Delivery and return of the car

The lessor will deliver the car to the renter at the offices of Remi ltd or at any other place in Bulgaria upon agreement or confirmed reservation in good condition, clean, with all the necessary equipment and documentation /registration card, technical inspection card, insurance, additional insurance, vignette/.Additional charge is applied if the point of delivery / return is more than 20 kms from Varna. The rent for the whole period, including deposit and additional charges (if any) must be paid before the delivery of the car.

The rental Price comprises:

· unlimited mileage ( only on the territory of Bulgaria )

· maintenance of the car

· Civil liability insurance

· AUTO CASCO insurance

· paid road taxes

The rental price does not include penalties and all kind of sanctions that may be imposed by the traffic police to the driver for the non observation of Bulgarian Road Traffic Law. Additional insurance for driving abroad and/or for a second driver may be supplied at renter’s request for additional charges and at least two working days in advance.

Fuel

The cost of the fuel is not included in the rental price of the car. The lessor delivers the vehicle filled up and the renter should return it filled up. If the vehicle is driven for more than 10000 kilometers, the renter must take the car to a technical inspection (oil/filters change) himself or with the help of the renter.

Rental rates

Rental rates are in Euro per day. Daily charges are based on a 24-hours period counted from the hour of beginning the rental. Extra hours charged as follows:

· Up to 1 hour — free

· From 1 to 3 hours — a half daily charge

More than 3 hours — a full daily charge

Deposit:

A deposit is collected from 100 to 300 Euro depending on the class of the rented car. The deposit is refundable after car-return and after its inspection.

Discounts:

Discounts for hire period longer than 3 days are included in the tariff rates. Additional discounts for hire over 30 days may be agreed.
