1.DELIVERY AND RETURN
1.1. The person who will rent a car should present a valid driving license and a passport. The driving license of a second driver should also be presented in case the car will be driven by a second driver.
1.2. The renter must be at least 22 years old and have a driving experience of 2 years or more. The same conditions are obligatory as well for the second driver ( if any).
1.3.There is no additional charge for delivery / return of the car within 20 kilometers from the centre of Varna and within daytime ( 07.00 – 22.00 ). Delivery / return at a distance of more than 20 km from Varna – 1 Euro per kilometer. Delivery / return at nighttime – additionally 10 Euro.
1.4 The vehicle is delivered to the renter in good condition with all obligatory equipment and documentation demanded by the Traffic Police and with a full fuel tank.
1.5 In case of delay to return the car up to the agreed deadline as per contract, the renter is obliged to inform the lessor not later than the fixed time.
1.6 In case of not returning the rented vehicle by the renter and not informing the lessor within more than 12 hours after the deadline, the car is considered to be appropriated or stolen and the lessor will inform the competent authorities, reserving all the rights according to this contract.
2. ACCIDENTS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, THEFT AND OTHERS
2.1.The cars are insured for any damages due to accidents or any other insurance event – fire, flooding, etc. The cars are insured for total loss and theft up to a limit of 85 % of their cost.
2.2. Driver’s liability for causing damages to other cars is also insured up to a limit of 200 000 leva and any other liability up to 700 000 leva.
2.3. There is no insurance for driver’s criminal liability for causing heavy injury or death to other people.
2.4. There is no insurance for damages to the engine and/or any parts of the car which are not due to an accident but to a negligence of the driver.
2.5. In case of traffic accident the renter must leave the car as it is, call Police, call lessor. No matter whether you are guilty or not you have to get a protocol for the accident from the Police. No damages are paid by the insurance company without a protocol (except minor scratches)
2.6. In case of damages, losses or theft of the vehicle or parts of it, as well as damages caused by fire or glass breaking, the Renter is obliged immediately to call the lessor and the Insurance Company and if necessary an assistance towing company as per instructions of the lessor.
2.7 In case the car is stolen, or in case of damages you have to take the following actions, which are absolutely compulsory:
a / Immediately /no later than 12 hours of theft identification/ call the Insurance Company
b / Advise the rental office indicated on the leaflet to the respective phone numbers.
2.8 The Renter has to pay full damage to the lessor for events that are not covered by the Insurance company, e.g. if the renter has caused technical damages to the rented vehicle because of negligence or deliberate actions, overheated motor or improper operation with the car’s systems, accidents due to driving after drinking alcohol or taking drugs.
2.9. Always lock the car and take its documents with you. Do not leave the registration card, other documents and bags in the car. The insurance for theft will be null and void if the car is stolen together with the registration card and/or the keys.
3. RENTAL FEE AND PAYMENT
3.1 The rental fee of the vehicle is based on the rental price of one-day use, determined by a tariff, inseparable part of the contract, according to the rental period. The fee is to be paid before car delivery, with the signing of Delivery-and-Return protocol.
3.2 With the contract signing the Renter is obliged to leave a deposit, according to the tariff. The deposit is released after returning of the vehicle. In case of vehicle returning with missing parts, damages or thefts and the Renter doesn't have the relevant documents from the police as well as when the car is without a fuel or with less fuel than stipulated in the DELIVERY-AND-RETURN protocol, the total value is deducted from the deposit.
3.3 Other rental rates, higher or lower that the tariff may be applied only if specially agreed in written form in the contract.

4. LIABILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE RENTER
4.1 The Renter is obliged:
a / to use the vehicle appropriately and to take good care of it.
b / to look for the level of the oil, the water and the breaks fluid.
c / in case of accident, damage or failure to undertake all due precautions for saving, limiting and/or reducing of the damages to the rented vehicle.
d / in case of accident or damage to the vehicle, excluding small incidents, to observe the regulations of the Traffic Law and its enforcement concerning drawing up protocols and other documents. Any accident/damage to the car must be reported to the Lessor within 12 hours, but not later than the expiration of the fixed term in the contract. The Renter will report all facts, circumstances and data /names or witnesses etc./ and will assist the Lessor and the insurance company in clarifying the incident and the damages.
4.2 The Renter is not allowed:
a / to use the vehicle for towing other vehicles, trailers, as well to participate in motor races, practices, trainings, tests; to transport heavy, loose goods and other loads.
b / to drive the rented vehicle in a state of intoxication or after using drugs or other opiates.
c / to dispose the vehicle to other persons, to use the vehicle for travelling abroad.
4.3 The Renter must prossess a valid driving licence. At least 3 years driving experience is a must. The minimum driving age required is 21 years.
